Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh golden fruits, sea salt spray supported by a delicate grassy peat and a wisp of smoke. Notes of apple, orange and pomegranate evolve with time in the glass.
Taste: Sweet fruits continue supported by the vanilla and oak from the barrel. Briefly passing peat followed by a cinnamon led spice with a hint of smoke.
Finish: The malty sweetness finishes smoothly with a note of mint and softening spice.
