Palate: Toasted oak leading to a very subtle touch of smoke. Nutty caramel and chewy dates.
Finish: Lingering clove and oa heat.
Very good bourbon, notes are as listed , a charred caramel and cinnamon finish. Surprising smoothness after given the proof. Not a huge fan of regular makers but this more potent expression puts it where it was meant to be.
