There’s no doubt that Glenlivet Nadurra has been a roaring success: introducing a ‘natural’ single malt – cask strength, un-chilfiltered, non-wine-finished – has been a major shot in the arm for what was a previously very commercial brand. Owners Chivas/Pernod must be delighted at succesfully creating a mainstream whisky with connoisseur appeal.
