Made exclusively using 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside’s most famous distilleries, this liqueur is perhaps the freshest and lightest in our range, despite its impressive age.

Matured in light Sherry Casks, the base whisky used for this 21 Year Old liqueur has an extraordinary citrus and floral character. We sought to emphasise this by using ingredients including Grapefruit, White Peach and two different kinds of Orange Peel.

Excellent over ice, but more than good enough to drink neat. This liqueur is definitely the lightest in our range, and perhaps the best introduction to the world of whisky we can think of…

For the Perfect Serve Pour a healthy measure of Liqueur into a tumbler full of ice, stir, then squeeze a good-sized strip of fresh Grapefruit or Orange Peel over the drink, and add to the glass.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet notes of Christmas cake, bourbon barrels, soft fino sherry and gingerbread.

Palate: A sweet, fresh core with notes of barrel char, vanilla, grapefruit zest, marmalade and manuka honey on hot buttered granary toast

Finish: Good length, a warming finish with notes of sweet spices and juicy barley.
