Tasting Notes

Nose: A little gunpowder, stewed fruits and rum spice.

Palate: Intense and herbal, cut hay, Armagnac, prune juice and a little smoke, maple butter and cordite.

Finish: Oak-led finish with black pepper and maple spice.
