Tasting Notes

Nose: Rounded vanilla, pineapple and barley sugar sweets.

Palate: Malt is still present, coffee bean and dark chocolate. Citrus peels.

Finish: Clean and quite refreshing.

I was so curious about what will be a 100% Organic Single Malt matured in virgin oak, for few years, without influence from wine or bourbon or anything else,
