Synonymous with the peatiest of Scotland’s single malt regions, Islay is a legend in its own right, but the island produces a far greater range of flavour than you’d expect. This set of five 3cl samples showcases the whiskies of the region, from the big, muscular whiskies of the South Coast, through unusual whiskies from Bruichladdich, to the oily, smoky Caol Ila.
