It’s not every day that you see whisky that’s been finished in a Chardonnay cask, that’s for sure. Well today is one of those days, friends! This Edradour single malt was distilled in June 2000 and matured in hogsheads until November 2008, when a portion was moved over to a Chardonnay cask, in which it matured until April 2013 when it was bottled at cask strength.
A release of 451 bottles.
