On the southernmost tip of the North Island of New Zealand, under the watch of the iconic Cape Palliser lighthouse, we blend pure mountain spring water with hand-zested naval oranges, yen ben lemons and hints of native botanicals – including leaves of the peppery native botanicals – to create a premium gin of exceptional flavour and complexity. Each batch has its own subtle flavour, which may best be appreciated in a dry martini, a refreshingly flavoursome G&T, or on the rocks!
