A single Cask 8 year old Glenrothes is well presented in a fantastic late 1800’s-style ceramic decanter from Douglas. Also an excuse for some subtle alliteration.

Nose: Golden syrup, spiced figs, lime peel. Nut sprinkles.
Palate: Vanilla toffee, bitter marmalade, polished furniture.
Finish: Cracked black pepper and wisps of wood smoke.
Overall: Autumnal and delicious.
